What is your return policy?
What is your return policy?
You may cancel an order if you are able to communicate the cancellation to us before the products in the order have been put into production (typically within 24 hours).
The best way to reach us is via support@theclssicprints.com
If your order is already in production (meaning we've cut the materials and have begun or completed assembly) , we can refund you 70% of your order total.
This covers the materials and labor we've spent which are difficult to restock due to the nature of each print and frame. For the same reason, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds when we ship your frames and they arrive as ordered and without any visible defects.
If you haven't placed an order yet but are still unsure about our policies, check out our Happiness Guarantee or the full FAQ section that covers this all in more depth.
"Mack (co-founder of Classic Prints) brought some prints over to me and we looked at their print quality. We used loupes (special magnifying tools I used while running a print shop in Phoenix for decades) and I was thoroughly impressed by the print quality. These classic art pieces are the real deal."

The Lore
The Magpie, Monet (1868)
A single magpie sits on a snowy gate in Normandy. It is one of Monet’s early works, but nonetheless one in which his innovation in light and color is on full display.
His use of blue rather than black or gray to depict shadows was a radical move to his contemporaries. But Monet’s eye saw in the white, sun-lit snow an overwhelming variation in color — a kind of color that we unconsciously see, that feels right now that we can see it on the canvas, but that required Monet’s radical vision to unlock.
