Refund policy

 

If any product arrives with visible defects in craftsmanship or the frame was not made to fit the specifications you provided, we will either replace the product entirely or offer a refund, provided you let us know about any issue within 60 days of receiving the product. Please email us with your concern at support@theclassicprints.com. And please provide pictures so we can confirm and solve the problem for you as soon as humanely possible!
