What is your return policy?
What is your return policy?
You may cancel an order if you are able to communicate the cancellation to us before the products in the order have been put into production (typically within 24 hours).
The best way to reach us is via support@theclssicprints.com
If your order is already in production (meaning we've cut the materials and have begun or completed assembly) , we can refund you 70% of your order total.
This covers the materials and labor we've spent which are difficult to restock due to the nature of each print and frame. For the same reason, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds when we ship your frames and they arrive as ordered and without any visible defects.
If you haven't placed an order yet but are still unsure about our policies, check out our Happiness Guarantee or the full FAQ section that covers this all in more depth.
"Mack (co-founder of Classic Prints) brought some prints over to me and we looked at their print quality. We used loupes (special magnifying tools I used while running a print shop in Phoenix for decades) and I was thoroughly impressed by the print quality. These classic art pieces are the real deal."

The Lore
The Coronation of Napoleon, Jacques-Louis David (1805)
This coronation ceremony is famous due to Napoleon crowning himself. After receiving the crown from Pope Pius VII, Napoleon placed the imperial crown on his own head rather than allowing the pope to crown him. He then crowned his wife, Joséphine de Beauharnais, as Empress. The symbolism of this act was significant: his authority came from himself and the French nation, not from the Church. By crowning himself, he marked the beginning of a new chapter in French history, breaking with tradition and founding a new dynasty rooted in the ideals of the Revolution.
