You may cancel an order if you are able to communicate the cancellation to us before the products in the order have been put into production (typically within 24 hours).

If your order is already in production (meaning we've cut the materials and have begun or completed assembly) , we can refund you 70% of your order total. 

This covers the materials and labor we've spent which are difficult to restock due to the nature of each print and frame. For the same reason, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds when we ship your frames and they arrive as ordered and without any visible defects.

Long before cinema, there was "cinematic" painting — and none are quite like the works of Henri-Paul Motte.

La Rochelle was one of the final strongholds of French Huguenots (Protestants) after a century of war against royal Catholic forces. Cardinal Richelieu captured the city after a yearlong siege in 1628, and stands here upon a sea wall he built to block the harbor and isolate the city.

Motte’s depiction of events, painted 150 years ago, could be mistaken for a still from a modern, high-budget movie epic.
