What is your return policy?
What is your return policy?
You may cancel an order if you are able to communicate the cancellation to us before the products in the order have been put into production (typically within 24 hours).
The best way to reach us is via support@theclssicprints.com
If your order is already in production (meaning we've cut the materials and have begun or completed assembly) , we can refund you 70% of your order total.
This covers the materials and labor we've spent which are difficult to restock due to the nature of each print and frame. For the same reason, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds when we ship your frames and they arrive as ordered and without any visible defects.
If you haven't placed an order yet but are still unsure about our policies, check out our Happiness Guarantee or the full FAQ section that covers this all in more depth.
"Mack (co-founder of Classic Prints) brought some prints over to me and we looked at their print quality. We used loupes (special magnifying tools I used while running a print shop in Phoenix for decades) and I was thoroughly impressed by the print quality. These classic art pieces are the real deal."

The Lore
Queen of Assyria, 1932
Semiramis frequently appears in ancient texts as a legendary queen of Assyria. Her name is the Hellenized form of Shammuramat, a real Assyrian queen who lived in the ninth century BC. After the death of her husband, Shamshi-Adad V, she acted as regent during the early reign of her son. During her reign, Assyria continued its military campaigns and strengthened its position in the region.
Written traditions greatly expanded her achievements, transforming her into Semiramis, a legendary warrior-queen credited with conquering vast territories, founding cities, and ruling much of the ancient Near East. Over time, the historical queen became almost inseparable from the myth, with some legends even portraying Semiramis as a figure of divine or semi-divine origin.
